• Voucher is valid until 23rd Dec 2015, Mon-Thurs; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 18th Oct 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Voucher excludes 10th, 14th & 24th Sept, 6th & 8th Oct, 5th & 11th Nov 2015. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted.

• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Free onsite parking available. 
• Executive or standard double or twin room available. Members can upgrade to a Garden Suite for an additional £20 per room, per night. Please discuss with Lochside House Hotel & Spa at time of booking. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays subject to availability. 
• Dinner is two courses (starter and main) from set menu. Access to thermal experience must be used 1 hour before spa treatment. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
