• Voucher is valid until Mon 23 Dec 2019, Mon - Thur only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays - Sundays and 5, 12, 19, 23, 25 - 26, 30 Sep, 1 - 2, 7, 14, 17, 31 Oct, 14 Nov and 5 Dec 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Executive or classic double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a garden suite for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1 includes a 2 course dinner; see sample menu; subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: pan seared scallops starter - £2, breast of duck £3, 8oz sirloin - £8.50, 8oz fillet - £10.50; payable directly to restaurant.
• Option 2 includes a 2 course spa lunch; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten/wheat free options available.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Option 2 includes 1 hour access to the thermal spa experience and your choice of one 40 min treatment each choosing from: facial, oriental scalp neck & shoulder massage, manicure or pedicure.
• Over 16's only.
• Please advise spa of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment at time of booking.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Treatment can be upgraded to 55 mins for a supplementary charge of £15 per person; payable directly to the spa.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel at time of booking if an adapted room is required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
