• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct 2019 until Fri 31 Jan 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 25, 30 – 31 Dec 2019, 1 – 2 Jan 2020.
• Please note the hotel will be closed 1 Nov - 8 Nov inclusive for refurbishment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Double economy rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to double room with loch view for £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 and 4 includes £40 dinner allowance to spend on food only. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
