• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2017 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2017.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; one voucher can be redeemed per person and multiple can be purchased as gifts only.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Double or twin standard suite available.
• Free onsite parking.
• Children permitted; children under the age of 12 can stay in the suites for a supplementary charge of £20, subject to availability and payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £45 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 pet.
• 60 min spa treatment each includes a muscle massage and Spezia facial.
• 2 hour spa access before or after treatment, use of robes included.
• Over 16’s only for spa treatment.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; massage may need to be adapted.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with hotel.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Bottle of wine in room on arrival.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
