• Voucher is valid until 31st Mar 2016, Sun - Thurs; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Friday and Saturday night stays. 
• Voucher must be booked by 17th Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, but cannot be used on multiple nights.
• 3 bedrooms – can be made up as doubles, twins or singles - please discuss at time of booking.
• Max 6 adults per lodge.
• Lodges have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), open plan kitchen/living/dining space and balcony.
• Z-bed for children up to 12 years available for a supplement of £25 - max of 3 z-beds per lodge. Cots available on request free of charge or members can also bring their own travel cot.
• Pets welcome, supplementary charge of £45 per pet per night, max 1 per lodge.
• Check in 3pm, check out 10.30am.
• Free onsite parking.
• Dinner is a delicious tray of pre-prepared food awaiting you in your lodge fridge with cooking instructions provided – choose from lasagne, chilli, curry.
• Welcome basket with snacks and crisps included.
• All gas, electricity, towels, linens and Aromatherapy Associates guest supplies included.
• Stay may be extended by an extra night charged at regular rates; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
