• Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays and 22 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020, 9, 14 - 16 Feb and 8 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• Non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard or classic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 1 includes chocolates and a bottle of red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise wine choice at time of booking or upon arrival at hotel.
• Parking available at NCP car park on Castle Terrace for 24 hours for £15; please specify when booking and discuss directly with hotel. 
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 3 - 12 and are permitted in family rooms only at a supplementary charge of £50 per child per night; payable directly to hotel. Under 3s stay free of charge.
• Pets not permitted.
• Accessible rooms available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
