• Midweek stays: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Wed 30 Mar 2022, valid for check-in on Mondays and Wednesdays only.
• Weekend stays: Voucher is valid from Fri 5 Nov 2021 until Fri 25 Mar 2022, valid for check-in on Fridays only.
• Excludes 3 Nov, 24 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan and 11 - 14 Feb 2022.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• A security deposit of £100 is required; payable directly to Hillside Havens.
• One double bed provided and sofa bed in each pod; supplementary charge of £10 for extra bed linen for the sofa bed.
• Pod facilities include an en-suite and a fully operational micro kitchen including Belfast sink, 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots and utensils.
• Includes electricity, hot tub, bedding, pillows and towels.
• Additional logs for the hot tub can be purchased onsite at a supplementary charge of £5 per net/basket; payable directly.
• Max of 2 children ages 15 and under permitted; max of 2 adults and 2 children per pod.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per stay; payable directly to Hillside Havens.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
