• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Dec 2020 until Mon 20 Dec 2021, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 31 Jan, 1 -5 Apr and 30 Apr - 31 Oct 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 6 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 5pm, check-out 12noon.
• Includes a 3 course meal box to be assemble in the cottage. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• A refundable security deposit of £200 is required; payable directly to hotel at the time of booking. Please discuss directly with venue.
• Superking or twin set up.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
