- Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
- Excludes 24 - 31 Dec 2021 and 1 - 2 Jan 2022.
- A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Fri - Sun bookings; payable direct.
- Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Online or email bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Free delivery within 15 miles of the Igloo Hire Company base - 11 Chuckethall Road, Livingston. EH54 8FB. A charge of £2 per mile is required for each mile away your address is from the base. Any delivery costs will be confirmed when booking. Delivery and collection slots will be confirmed 24-48 hours before delivery dates.
- Options 1 and 2: Max of 8 people in the igloo.
- Option 3: Max of 6 people in the igloo.
- Please note a power supply is required within 20 metres of suggested place for structure.
- Wheelchair access available.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
