Options 1 & 2: Voucher is valid from Mon 22 Jul 2019 until Mon 28 Oct 2019, valid for Monday or Friday arrivals only; subject to availability. 

Option 3: Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Aug 2019 until Mon 28 Oct 2019, valid for Monday or Friday arrivals only; subject to availability. 

Excludes 23 and 27 Sept 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 30 Sept 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Option 1: lodge 6 consists of 2 bedrooms and a shower room.

Option 2: lodges 1 and 2 consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Option 3: lodges 3 and 4 consist of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

• Rooms can be any combination of standard double or twin, must request at time of booking.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Free parking available. 

Children permitted and included in the headcount. Infants are permitted at one per lodge.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available. While all houses are suitable for most needs, lodge 6 (option 1) has additional grab rails and a wet room. Please discuss requirements at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
