Small print

• Voucher is valid on selected dates only: 20 Jul, 2 and 22 Aug, 6 and 27 Sept, Thur 19 Oct 2017 ; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Aug 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double boutique room: Revere, Jericho, Blanche, St Maxine, Boda, Paloma or Cape May; subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Koh Lanta £20, Sukuji, Thottada, Cala Deia, Varamon or Ocean Road £25, Beadnell Bay or Giannella £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes a 5 course dinner from table d’hôte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available.
• Includes a cocktail and sparkling sorbet each with meal.
• Cocktail station with ingredients to make one French martini each and bottle of gift wrapped champagne will be in room on arrival. 
• Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 12 and under require a supplementary charge of £30 per child including breakfast, dinner must be paid for as taken; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
