• Option 1 (midweek) voucher is valid from Mon 29 Oct 2018 until Mon 25 Mar 2019, Mon arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes 12 - 15 Nov, 21 Dec 2018 – 7 Jan 2019.
• Option 2 (weekend) voucher is valid from Fri 16 Nov 2018 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, Fri arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes 23- 26, 30 Nov – 3, 21 Dec 2018 – 7 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 21 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per member.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Cottage sleeps up to six and has 3 en-suite bedrooms which can be configured as a king or twin; please advise when booking.
• Free on street parking available.
• Includes linen, towels, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi.
• Please note, smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
