Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jan 2018 until Mon 30 Apr 2018, Mon - Fri 6.30am – 10pm and Sun 8am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Friday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Excludes Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 8 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Duration: approx. 25 mins per treatment inc consultation.
• Includes afternoon tea; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes robes, slippers and towels plus access to leisure facilities inc heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
