• Voucher is valid until Mon 29 Jul 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 15 Jul 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights stays.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Executive double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; subject to availability.
• Includes cream tea on arrival only. No gluten/wheat free options are available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 4 and under stay free of charge when sharing existing bed. Upgrade to a family room required to accommodate cots and extra beds for kids aged 12 and under for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel. Prior arrangement is required.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
