Small print

• Option 1 and 3 (March) voucher is valid until Sat 24 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 2 and 4 (Apr - May) voucher is valid from Fri 13 Apr 2018 until Thur 24 May 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per stay is required for any bookings inclusive of a Friday or Saturday; payable directly to the resort at the time of booking.
• Advance booking required. March voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Mar 2018 and Apr – May voucher must be booked by Thur 3 May 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher is non-transferable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 5pm, check-out 10am.
• Double or twin bedrooms available; please discuss double or twin room preference directly with hotel at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note electricity use is taken by meter reading; £5 per night is included. Additional use over and above will be charged and payable directly to hotel.
• Children permitted.
• One bedroom lodge: 2 adults and 2 children.
• Two bedroom lodge: 4 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 4 children.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £75 per stay; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
