• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2016 until Tue 31 Jan 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 2 – 5, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, 24 – 26 Nov, 2, 3, 10, 17, 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2016 and 17, 18, 28 Jan 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in from 3pm, late check out 1pm.
• Double or twin standard room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel prior to arrival or at reception desk on arrival.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Menu can be viewed here (excludes steak); subject to change.
• Includes access to leisure facilities; please discuss any health concerns directly with hotel.
• Parking available at a supplementary charge of £8 per car per day; payable directly to hotel.
• Children permitted; under 4’s stay free, ages 5 – 15 years require a supplementary charge of £15 for dinner per night and £6.95 per breakfast ; payable directly to hotel. Over 15’s are classed as adults. Max of 1 child.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per day; payable directly to hotel. Members must check pet room availability prior to booking.  Max of 2 dogs.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
