• Voucher is valid until 31 Mar 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Exclusion dates: 13, 26 & 27 Feb 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 29 Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Non changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Check in: 2pm, check out: 11am.
• Classic double or twin rooms available.
• Upgrade supplements: Privilege room: £20, Superior room: £40. Supplements are per room per night and to be paid directly to the hotel. Please discuss when booking. 
• Children classed as up to 14 years and can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge, paying for all meals as taken; subject to room availability.
• Family rooms available at a supplement holding max 3 children. Please discuss directly with hotel when booking.  
• Please advise red or white wine when booking.
• Option 2 includes dinner on one night only which is a £22 pp allowance from the Brasserie menu. Menu is subject to change. 
• Parking is £2 per night (room for 45 vehicles only).
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max 3 vouchers can be used for multiple nights, excluding Sat nights. To extend stay further on hotel rates please discuss with hotel at time of booking. 
• Sorry, no pets allowed. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
