• Sept voucher is valid from Sun 04 Sep, 2016 until Tue 27 Sep 2016, Sun & Mon only; subject to availability. Excludes Tue – Sat.
• Oct / Nov voucher is valid from Sun 02 Oct 2016 until Wed 30 Nov 2016, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Sat.
• Advanced booking required. Sept voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Sept 2016 and Oct / Nov voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Voucher is non changeable and refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; max 3 consecutive nights, excluding Sat.
• Check in 2pm, check out 12noon.
• Double or twin classic room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge: classic room with castle view £20, privilege room £40 or superior castle facing room £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes £22 per person allowance towards dinner which can be used in either the Brasserie or the bar. View sample menu here; menus are subject to change.
• Includes a bottle of house wine; choose from red or white – please advise when booking.
• Nearby paid parking available at Waverley Train Station.
• Children permitted; children aged up to 14 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken – subject to room availability.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
