• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Dec 2016 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 23 - 26, 30 - 31 Dec 2016, 1 - 2 Jan, 3 - 5, 24 - 26 Feb and 17 - 19 Mar 2017.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Voucher is non changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; max 3 consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin classic room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge, subject to availability: classic room with castle view £20, privilege room £40 or superior castle facing room £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes £22 per person allowance towards dinner which can be used in either the Brasserie or the bar. View sample menu here; menus are subject to change.
• Includes a bottle of house wine; choose from red or white – please advise when booking.
• Nearby paid parking available at Waverley Train Station.
• Max 1 child permitted; children aged up to 12 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken – subject to room availability.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
