• Valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 - 31 Mar 2021 ; valid 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Aug-Sep 2020: Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Oct-Dec 2020: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Jan-Mar 2021: Voucher is now valid from Mon 26 Apr until Mon 31 May 2021 and Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thur 23 Dec 2021. Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 12noon, late check-out 1pm.
• Comfort double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note due to government covid19 restrictions breakfast will take form of a breakfast bag delivered to room each morning.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival in room; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children up to age 14 are permitted in a room with a sofa bed, available for a supplement; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Cots provided free for ages 0-3.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
