Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Oct until Fri 30 Dec 2016, Sun - Fri (limited availability on Fri night stays); subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays as well as 8, 12-15, 22-29 Oct, 5, 11-12, 18-19, 23, 25-26 Nov, 2-3, 9-10, 13 Dec 2016.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once booked.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights, max of 3 night stays (excluding Sat).
• Check in 2pm, check out 12noon. 
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to Privilege room for additional £25 per room per night or Suite for £50 per room per night; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• Parking available at Glassford Street NCP for £6.50 for 24 hours.
• Bottle of house red or white wine included, please advise the hotel of your preferences at time of booking.
• Children permitted; max 1 child aged 5 and under can stay free of charge, however are required to share existing bed; no further beds are available. Aged 5yrs+ are included in head count. Meals are charged as taken.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
