• Voucher is valid from Wed 27 Dec 2017 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 31 Dec 2017 and 11, 14, 24 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 5 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Please note that calls to the booking line cost 13p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline.
• Non-changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 3pm. 
• Double or twin classic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night, subject to availability: privilege room £25 or suite £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a £22 per person dinner allowance towards the Brasserie menu; subject to change.
• Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival, please advise the hotel of your preference at time of booking.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children aged 5 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken, using the existing bedding.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
