• Option 1 voucher is valid until Tue 31 May 2016, 7 days, Mon-Sun (Limited availability on Saturdays); subject to availability.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Sat 4 Jun, 2016 until Thu 30 Jun, 2016, 7 days, Mon-Sun; subject to availability.
• Option 2 excludes 7 and 27 June 2016
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 May 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights; up to a maximum of a 3 night stay, excluding Saturday nights.
• Check in 2pm, check out 12noon. 
• Double/twin classic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Privilege room at £25 per room per night or a Suite at £50 per room per night.
• Parking available nearby at Glassford Street NCP - £6.50 per 24 hours.
• Bottle of wine included – please advise red or white when booking.
• Children are permitted; Children aged up to 14 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken - subject to room availability.
• Sorry no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
