• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Fri 31 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 Jun - 30 Sep, 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 24 - 26 Dec 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon. 
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £25 for a Privilege room and £50 for a Superior room; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes 2 course dinner from set menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as 12 years old and under, all meals to be paid for as taken; payable directly to hotel.
• No pet permitted.
• Limited wheelchair accessibility.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
