• Voucher is valid from Mon 21 Nov 2016 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2016 – 3rd Jan, 10 – 26 Jan and 14 Feb 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in between 3pm – 6pm, check-out 8am – 11am. 
• Luxury double room. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £100 per room per night; subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

• Afternoon tea incl a tiered stand with freshly prepared sandwiches, home-baked scones, homemade jams, cakes and patisseries and will be served in the drawing rooms.

• Children permitted; Under 2's stay free of charge, Kinloch Lodge can provide a travel cot subject to availability. Children aged 3 – 18 years are charged at £95 per night B&B if in addition to total room occupants; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child per room.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
