You’ll tuck into five exquisite courses with a tasting menu designed to show off the chefs’ incredible culinary skills. You begin with a flavourful prawn pasta, filled with saffron emulsion and roast peppers, and succulent partridge served with capocollo ham, apples and salsify. Then, once you’re stomach has been warmed up, you’ll tuck into octopus served with Jerusalem artichoke and pepper sauce, followed by mallard game dumplings accompanied by the likes of kohlrabi and brussels sprouts. And to round things off, you’ll be treated to a mandarin and polenta cake drizzled in a gin and tonic sauce.
