Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Sun 31 May 2026, Mon - Fri 4pm - 5pm & 8.30pm - 11pm, Sat 12noon - 4pm, Sun 12noon - 11pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Please note that card details are required to complete your booking; no charge will be applied.
• Max of 3 vouchers / 6 people per table.
• Includes a starter and main each from the main menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: scallops (starter) & fillet steak (main); payable directly. 
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours for parties of up to 4; and 2 hours 30 minutes for parties of 5+.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
