Loch Lomond, Inverbeg, G83 8PD
Today’s deal will see you and a friend enjoy a delicious meal at the scenic The Inn on Loch Lomond. You could be tucking in to a two-course lunch with starters such as chicken liver parfait with wholegrain fennel seed loaf, smoked butter, damson and fig chutney, or haggis fritters with turnip jam, Pommery mustard and honey mayo, kale and toasted oats; and mouth-watering mains such as pan roasted venison sausages with roasted garlic mash, pickled beetroot and a sweet baby onion jus, or cauliflower and leek macaroni cheese with crisp leaves and chippy chips; or if you fancy something sweet, opt for a dessert instead of a starter and choose from treats such as warm sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and tablet ice cream or a chocolate brownie with dark chocolate, sour cherry compote, honeycomb dust, salted popcorn, vanilla ice cream and caramel.
Today’s second option lets you skip the rest of the menu and head straight for a delicious sirloin steak each, served with grilled tomatoes, a Portobello mushroom, onion rings, watercress salad and chippy chips, with a bottle of wine to share included to help you wash it all down.
First opening in 1814, The Inn on Loch Lomond has retained its traditional charm ever since, and provided a handy watering hole to generations of travellers from far and wide. The inn is the perfect place to stop and re-fuel after a day exploring local beauty spots and soaking up the scenery of the famous bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. With an extensive whisky list, real ales, wines by the glass and a range of fantastic dishes, there’s something to suit every taste!

“The food was wonderful here. Two of us had the large haddock and chips. The batter was the best we have had, very light and crispy and the fish was perfect. I had the sea bream and loved it. We’ll definitely return.”
