Small print

• Option 1 (weekend) voucher is valid from Fri 7 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Fri – Sun; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Thursdays.
• Option 2 (midweek) voucher is valid until Thur 28 Mar 2019, Mon – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays – Sundays.
• Both options exclude 22 - 28, 31 Dec 2018 , 11 - 17 Feb and 1, 2 Mar 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 28 days of your booking.  
• A £150 housekeeping deposit is required at booking and is a pending payment that will be refunded on departure providing there is no damage to the cottage or any of its amenities. Please note depending on your credit card company’s policy this refund can take 2 to 5 days. Debit cards may take up to 14 days.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out 11am; if you arrive earlier than 3pm you are welcome to use the hotel facilities including the Afton Restaurant.
• 2 bedroom cottage includes 2 double beds, a fully functional kitchen with utilities, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher dining table and chairs.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes access to facilities at Lochside House Hotel & Spa for over 16s only; Thermal Suite can be used free of charge between 7am and 9am and 7pm and 9pm outwith these times a £10 per person charge will occur; payable directly to hotel.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Well behaved pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note pets are not permitted in the public area of Lochside Hotel and any damage caused by pets in the cottage would incur a charge to rectify damage.
• Cot, high chair, shower stool, bath seat, gripper handle are available. Please request at time of booking
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
