• £99 voucher is valid until 7th June 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• £159 voucher is valid until 30th June 2015, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• £199 voucher is valid until 27th June 2015, Wed-Sat; subject to availability. 
• Voucher excludes 20th April, 16th, 19th-20th & 30th May, 17th-21st June 2015. 
• Sat night stays are additional £20, please pay direct to Norton House Hotel & Spa at time of booking. 
• All vouchers must be booked by 15th May 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person. 
• Sorry, pets are not permitted. 
• Children permitted when sharing with adults. Families can be accommodated in an executive room for additional £20 per room; subject to availability. Children under 12 years old can stay free of charge when sharing with 2 adults, over 12 years old are additional £15 per child. All meals will be charged as taken, max of 2 children permitted. 
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Free onsite parking available. 
• Double or twin room available; members can upgrade to Executive room for additional £20 per room, deluxe room for £50 per room, junior suite for £105 per room or suite for £250 per room. Please discuss with Norton House Hotel and Spa at time of booking. 
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays (max of 4 nights) and stays can also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with Norton House Hotel & Spa at time of booking. 
• Bottle of wine available for £99 option is a choice of house red or white. Please advise Norton House Hotel & Spa at time of booking. Menus for £159 and £199 option are subject to change and availability and steaks will also carry a supplement. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 12noon the day before your arrival. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
