• Vouchers must be booked by 26th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Excludes: 25th Dec-4th Jan, 14th-19th Feb 2016.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers per member. 
• Over 17's only. 
• Sorry, treatments are not suitable for those who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. Those suffering from cancer or those in remission will require a doctor's note. Please discuss any further health queries with Norton House Hotel & Spa direct.

• 20% off any additional treatments on the day – these can be pre-booked at time of booking.

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
