Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 12 Feb 2018 until Sun 27 May 2018, midweek stay: Mon & Tue arrivals only, weekend stay: Fri or Sat arrivals only; subject to availability.
• Excludes 30 Mar – 15 Apr and 7 May 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for bookings in May; please discuss with and pay directly to Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Booking cannot be cancelled or amended once booked with Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Standard two bedroom Inner Hebridean Lodge; one double room and one twin bedroom to sleep a max of four.
• Max of 2 additional guests may be accommodated on the sofa beds at an additional cost; subject to availability. Additional guests must be requested and paid for in advance; you will not be accommodated if you arrive with more than the booked number of guests as per Cologin's booking terms.
• Lodges can be upgraded to 6 berth lodge for a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges; subject to availability. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge subject to availability; please discuss directly with Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges.
• Additional nights/upgrades must be requested upon initial booking – not retrospectively, and paid directly to Cologin; subject to availability.
• Accommodation includes bed linen and towels for number of guests in bedrooms. Extra bed linen can be hired at £10 per set for sofa bed which must be requested and pre-paid in advance; please discuss and pay directly to Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges.
• A fixed fuel charge applies of £3 per day and must be paid in advance of arrival.
• Single sex groups welcome; a security deposit will be required for large parties; please discuss directly with Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges.
• Please note The Barn pub operates seasonal hours; please discuss directly when booking,
• Smoking not permitted.
• Parking available.
• It is an offence to fish for trout during the annual close time until 15 Mar 2018.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted and pet friendly lodges must be requested at time of booking; pets require a supplementary charge of £5 per pet per night and must be pre-booked and pre-paid before arrival; payable directly to Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss directly with Cologin Inner Hebridean Lodges
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
