• Option 1: Voucher is valid until Thur 19 Dec 2019, valid Tue - Thur 11.30am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Mon and 12 - 14 Nov 2019.
• Options 2 & 3: Voucher is valid until Sat 21 Dec 2019, valid Tue - Sat 11.30am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: Shellac manicure duration approx 1hr - 1hr 20mins. Treatment lasts 2 - 3 weeks dependent on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Option 2: Choice of express facial (duration approx 40mins) or back, neck and shoulder massage (duration approx 30mins).
• Option 3: Choice of hot stone massage (duration approx 1hr) or Ologie relaxing massage (duration approx 1hr 15mins).
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission providing members can supply a doctor's note.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
