Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jun until Thur 30 Jun 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 1 departs John O'Groats at 8.50am, returns at 7.45pm. Please be at John O'Groats ferry office by 8.30am.
• Option 2 departs Inverness at 7.15am, returns at 9pm. Please be at Inverness bus station by 7am where a white coach will stop; coach will have "Orkney" in the front window.
• Advanced booking required; please book at least 3 days in advance of your desired date. Voucher must be booked by Wed 15 Jun 2016 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Option 1: you risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Option 2: you risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Duration: the tour from Inverness spends approx 6 hours on Orkney; tour from John O'Groats spends approx 9 hours on Orkney (not including ferry/coach times).
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 4 per member.
• Children under 5 are free of charge, children aged 5-16 are half price; please discuss at time of booking.
• Max of 4 members per trip per day.
• Sorry, not wheelchair accessible.
• Option 1: cars can be parked free of charge all day at John O'Groats ferry office.
• Option 2: cars can be parked all day (up to 18 hours) for £6 at the multi-storey car park beside Inverness bus station.
• The Inverness-Orkney coach has an onboard toilet & guided commentary.
• The Orkney tour bus has guided commentary but does not have an onboard toilet; max 40 mins on bus between sight-seeing stops. 
• Eating and drinking is allowed on the coaches and the ferry; teas and coffees can be bought on the ferry.
• The Orkney tour bus will stop for 1 hour for lunch (from Inverness lunch will be in Kirkwall and from John O'Groats lunch will be in Stromness), 1 hour at Skara Brae & 30 mins at the Standing Stones, as well as a short stop at the Italian Chapel.
• Entrance charges apply to the following attractions:
  - joint entry to Skara Brae & Skaill House; Adult: £7.10, Child £4.30, Concession £5.70
  - Italian Chapel; Adult: £3, Child: under 12's go free.
• If the trip is cancelled due to weather, members will be offered the chance to book a different date or will be offered a refund.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
