• Please note once you have purchased your voucher please call Otterburn Castle to arrange a viewing and to discuss details.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 28 days of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Additional guests can be added; please discuss numbers and costs with the hotel directly. 
  
• Children under the age of 2 do not occur a charge but need to be included in the overall number of guests; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Bridal Suite
  Available on the eve and night of your wedding.
• Check-in 3pm the day prior to your wedding, late check-out 1pm on the day after your wedding.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; ages 2 stay free with £10 for a travel cot, ages 3 – 12 require £20 per night inc breakfast and ages 12+ are classed as adults; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; not permitted in lounge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
