Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Mon 8 Apr 2019; subject to availability.
• Excludes 8 Dec 2018 – 17 Jan 2019, 8 - 17 Feb 2019, 2 - 4 Apr 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm – 6pm, check-out 11am
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free breakfast options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Children permitted under 2’s stay free using existing beds or a cot which can be supplied; please discuss directly with Glencoe House Hotel.
• Anyone over 2yrs old will require a supplementary charge of £95 per night per person for bed and breakfast. Additional meals charged as taken.

• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss when booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
