Having flung open their doors late last year, the Papillon team have gone on to earn a glowing reputation for exceedingly good food, incredible cocktails and a super chilled, super friendly vibe. Situated on Commercial Street alongside the bustling bars and cafés of upmarket Leith, it’s no surprise this cosy gastro pub has gotten off to such a good start – with sister restaurant Café Tartine having scooped Regional Best Restaurant at Scotland’s Business Awards 2016, it’s safe to say the team here know a thing or two when it comes to top notch dining!
