• Option 1 voucher is valid from Mon 17 Oct 2016 until Tue 31 Jan 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Mon 17 Oct 2016 until Tue 31 Jan 2017, Fri – Sun; subject to availability. Excludes Monday – Thursday.
• Excludes Sat 31 Dec 2016.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 12noon. 
• Double or twin standard room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a family room or a business room for a supplementary charge of £35 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Parking available; charges apply.
• Children permitted; Max of 1 child age 12 years and under permitted per room, free of charge when sharing existing bed in twin/double room and includes breakfast. Cots and extra beds are available at £10 each, limited availability; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
