• Jul - Oct: 
• Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Jul 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Nov - Jun: 
• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 31 Jan and 14 - 15 Feb 2021. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12.30pm.
• Standard double or twin room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 187ml single serve of house red or white wine each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
