• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; subject to availability.
• 1 night stay: Valid Sun – Thur. Excludes Fri - Sat and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• 2 or 3 night stay: Valid 7 days. Excludes 14 - 15 Feb 2020. A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to the hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a large double room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Set menu or £15pp dinner spend on the a la carte menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Options 2 & 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 0-12. Rooms must be upgrade to a family room for a supplementary charge of £30 per night; payable direct to the hotel.
• Max of 1 dog is permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
