• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday and 18 – 31 Dec 2016, 1 – 3 Jan and 14 Feb 2017.
• A supplementary charge of  £20 is required for Friday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights; subject to availability.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Gate Lodge only; double and twin rooms available.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Includes gas and electricity, bedding and towels.
• Amenities includes: wood-burning gas fire, flatscreen TV with a DVD player and free WiFi and a country kitchen. There is also a lovely courtyard garden with seating.
• Children permitted; under 4’s stay free, ages 5-10 years old are £10 per night (bed & breakfast), ages 11-15 years old are £17 per night (bed & breakfast); payable directly to hotel. Dinner is charged as taken. Max of 1 additional child if not already included in the overall headcount.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel. Includes dog treats, water bowl and dog towels; dogs must not go on beds or furniture. Max of 2 dogs.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
