• Voucher is valid from Tue 10 Oct 2017 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24, 25, 26, 31 Dec 2017, 1, 2 Jan and 10, 11 Feb 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Mar 2018 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Breakfast is a choice of continental or cooked.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted, children are classed as ages 12 and under; rooms must be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.
• Wheelchair access not available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
