• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 24 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• Overnight midweek stay: Valid Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.
• 2 and 3 night stay: Valid 7 days. Excludes Fri - Sat in November. A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Friday and Saturday stays Dec 2021 - Mar 2022; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Email bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out 10am. Early check-in and late check-out is available for a supplementary charge of £25; please discuss and pay directly.
• Premium Spa Lodge includes king sized bed.
• Lodges can be upgraded to the Premium Love Cabin for a supplementary charge of £50 per stay; please discuss with and pay directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes bed linen, towels, robes, slippers, 24hr central heating, electricity and free Wi-Fi.
• Free parking available.
• Please note lodges are strictly non-smoking.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.

• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
