Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 19 Oct 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Stays between 24-26, 31 Dec 2020 and 2-3 Jan 2021 require a supplementary charge of £50; payable directly to hotel. 
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 3 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Stay in a 4 or 6 person apartment.
• A security deposit of £100 is required; payable directly to hotel at the time of booking. Please discuss direct.
• Children are permitted and included within the headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
