• Options without leisure access: Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Jun 2021, Mon - Thur 10am - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Options with leisure access: Voucher is valid until Sun 27 Jun 2021, Fri - Sat 10am - 7pm and Sun 10am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25-26 Dec and 1 Jan 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 2 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: hot stone or deep tissue massage - 40 mins, facial - 30 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Leisure access options include access to the pool and jacuzzi.
• Please note in line with Government guidelines, you will be given a disposable facemask that must be worn throughout the whole treatment. The treatment will be adapted so focus will be on the upper part of the face, the neck, chin and décolleté.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
