Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Sept 2018 until Sun 23 Dec 2018, Sept – Nov: Sun – Fri and Dec 2018: Sun – Wed; subject to availability.
• Excludes all Saturdays & Thursdays and Fridays in December.
• A supplementary charge of £25 per room per night is required for Friday stays in Sept – Nov; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin rooms available; please request twin room at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
