• Valid from Mon 28 Oct 2019 until Mon 30 Nov 2020; 7 days; subject to availability. Supplementary charge of £40prpn applies to Fri/Sat night stays.
• Excludes: 20 Dec 2019 – 4 Jan 2020, 14 - 22 Feb, 3 – 18 April and 26 Jun - 16 Aug 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out until 10am.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with RiverBeds.
• Free parking available.
• Includes electricity, linen, towels, glassware, crockery and cutlery; lodges also include Costa coffee pods and tea tray with complimentary continental breakfast basket.
• Galley area with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster (this is not a kitchen or cooking area) glassware, crockery, cutlery, corkscrew, can opener, hair dryer and free WiFi.
• Members may wish to bring additional towels for hot tub, warm clothes and ready-made meals.
• Includes use of hot tub & a bottle of Prosecco.
• Option 2: also includes bath robes & round of golf or 1 day e-bike hire each. For golf, max 4 people per tee time; please discuss directly with Riverbeds. More information about the golf can be found here.
• Children permitted and must be included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to RiverBeds.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
