• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Wed 31 Jan 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2017 and 1 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 19 Jan 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.  
• Double or twin superior room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a 2 course dinner each on the first evening; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Max of 3 children permitted; under 1’s stay free when using existing beds, ages 1 – 14 require a supplementary charge of £9 per child per night for extra beds (excludes breakfast); payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
