• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2018 – 2 Jan 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £100 is required for Friday – Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-changeable or refundable once booked with The Gables Hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am; please discuss early check-in / late check-out requirements directly with hotel.
• Wedding will take place on the day of arrival - please discuss available times with the hotel at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Four poster bridal room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to Ailsa Bridal Suite with super king size sleigh bed, double Whirlpool bath, separate double shower, lounge area with large sofa, mini fridge, 46" Plasma TV and surround sound music for a supplementary charge of £85 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes 3 course meal from Gables Hotel Bistro menu offering starter, main course and dessert, tea and coffee; menu is subject to change.
• Includes a glass of Bucks Fizz after your ceremony and two glasses of house wine with your meal.
• Civil or religious ceremony will be in the Dovetail Suite. Gables Hotel will provide witnesses (free of charge); please discuss with hotel at time of booking. If you would prefer a civil service at the registration office, Anvil Hall, other venue or a religious ceremony at a local church, The Gables Hotel can arrange transport for you. e.g white rolls royce silver shadow car or horse and carriage; additional costs apply. 
• Additional guests can be added for the wedding meal and drinks package for a supplementary charge per person: adults £50 (drinks package) and children £18.50 (soft drinks package); payable directly to hotel.
• Please advise of any dietary requirements at time of booking.
• Individual guest meal choices and seating plan must be submitted 28 days prior to your wedding.
• Children are classed as ages 15 and under; please note that child packages include a half portion of food.
• Only food and beverage purchased from the hotel may be consumed on the premises.
• Dining table will be set in white linen with table flowers and oil burning lantern.
• Rooms for guests who wish to stay overnight can be booked directly with the hotel - please discuss rates and availability at time of booking.
• If you decide to get married in another venue, The Gables Hotel will provide a red carpet welcome (weather permitting).
• Please note wedding must be registered at least 29 days before the date of the ceremony.
• Additional costs are payable directly to the registrar.
• Additional extras are available for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

• Biodegradable confetti may be thrown in the gardens, confetti is not permitted within the hotel. 
• Fireworks, Chinese lanterns and pyrotechnics are not permitted.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
