Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Feb 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb and 27 Mar 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard or superior double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes £25pp dinner spend towards á la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Max of 3 vouchers per table. Table may be required back after 2hrs. Option 3: Dinner allowance is on the first night only.
• Includes a welcome drink of a glass of fizz or house wine each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted for a supplementary charge of £10 for a travel cot and £15 for a small Z bed; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
